My treatment didn't work -- the stains came back after a month or two and Zerorez made our carpet look brand new!!! And the stains haven't come back. thank you so much!!

The process Zerorez uses to clean carpet is such that it leaves no soapy residue, which I have seen on carpets cleaned by other companies. It dries very fast after Zerorez, and the technician who came was nice and professional.

The smell was very plesant during the cleaning, very fresh. I wasn't sure how clean the carpet would get and it's a completely different color - back to the original color it should be. The technician was knowledgeable and friendly - He was able to answer all of my questions honestly, and he was conscious of my concerns as a comsumer. He told me what all of my options were andwhat would be most cost-effective.
