What do you like about our products and services?

The man that came out was extremely nice, even had treats for my dog! I had the stairs and hallway carpet cleaned, as well as a couch. He did a great job on everything, very thorough. No complaints on the carpet, however the couch still has a musky smell - unfortunately the cleaning didn't remove the smell. When scheduling the appointment, I asked about an odorizer and was told it wasn't necessary. I'm wishing they had used it though!

They did a excellent job cleaning out the ducts and using the brush with it. Next time we are going to try carpet cleaning.

Easy to set up/get information. Prompt response when requesting information online. Cleaner was on time, easy to work with, and reasonable in terms of service. The entire service did not take long, and I was satisfied with the results.

The technician Sam, was very personable, knowledgeable, and efficient. He did a great job and let us know exactly what would be done. We would absolutely call in for Zerorez to clean our carpets again.

The technician was friendly and completed job in a professional manner. I liked that my front door was covered so that bugs (bees/wasps) could not enter the house. Having children and a dog it's comforting to know that no harsh chemicals are on my carpet!

I WAS VERY IMPRESSED WITH CHRIS CAMPTON, I BELIEVE HIS PARTNER WAS ERIC THEY DID A FANTASTIC,EXCELLENT JOB CLEANING MY CARPETS.I WILL REQUEST THEM AGAIN. WOW I HAVE TO SAY I WAS VERY IMPRESSED WITH THIS PRODUCT, MY CARPETS WERE DIRTY, NOT ONLY ARE THEY CLEAN BUT SOMEHOW LOOK REVITALIZE.
