The technician who came out to our home was professional and very knowledgeable. He got out stains that I thought would never come out. By the time he left, everything was close to dry and did not have any odor at all. Very impressed!

Staff was very direct. No hidden fees at all. They did an amazing job, the carpets feel fresh and smell amazing. You can walk on them barefoot without feeling that sticky residue feeling regular shampooing does. We had a room that had a very bad pet odor and had to keep those doors shut, no we can have the doors open again and actually use the room. Amazing!!

Every time you have come to my house to clean carpets your employees have been extremely knowledgeable, helpful and friendly. You always do such a fantastic job. Every spot has been removed and my carpets look brand new.

Personal and process easy to work with. Speedy response and a high level of communication from zerorez and Owen (cleaner). He walked us through the areas, listened to our comments, gave us options, told us how things would work and what it would look like after completion.

Great crew.....very friendly!
I have a couple places on my carpet that are darker than surrounding area......not sure if they just didn't go over it with the wand as it is a square area that wasn't previously stained/darker.
