From start to finish, our experience with Zerorez was positive. Holly handled my appointment request with professional friendliness; I received confirmation of the appointment, and our technician, Cody, called as he was on his way to our home. So the set up was all good and on time. But the best part was the cleaning! We have 15-year-old light-colored carpeting that now looks and smells and feels so clean. Cody was very straightforward about what he was doing, and what to expect after he left. He did a SUPER job!

The time to clean the carpet and the drying time was much faster than we anticipated. Terry, the tech was very professional and helpful. The carpet was looking very dingy and I was doubtful that it would come clean, but it did beautifully.

It can't be easy trying to render services to the "active senior" co-op I live in. In spite of unforeseeable issues, Zerorez accommodated Summerhill's insistence that the entire building be completed in one day. The associate checked in with us during the afternoon to give us an estimate of the time he'd be back to do our carpets. He was friendly and polite. Even though your guys worked a really long day around a bunch of cranky old people whose major hobby is fault-finding, they did a terrific job on the carpets. And everything was dry by morning.
Thorough, special care to pet spots
Our carpets have never looked this great after being cleaned!! Our carpets are older and had traffic patterns and a few stains that other companies have not been able to clean. Our technician, Terry, even thought they wouldn't get as clean as the less used parts. To all of our surprise, they look wonderful!! Terry worked hard on all of the carpets and what a great job he did!
