People were knowledgeable and helpful. My only complaint is that it took longer than 18 hours to dry.
Our carpets have never looked this great after being cleaned!! Our carpets are older and had traffic patterns and a few stains that other companies have not been able to clean. Our technician, Terry, even thought they wouldn't get as clean as the less used parts. To all of our surprise, they look wonderful!! Terry worked hard on all of the carpets and what a great job he did!
