Our carpet no longer smells like our dogs slobber! And he's a slobber monger! I noticed an immediate change in the smell of the house when I walked in. Our tech, Owen, was nice enough to clean and seal the grout too when this wasn't on our list for the day and it looks AWESOME! He was courteous and professional. I'd definitely use Zerorez again!

It cleaned all but two spots of the spots out of my carpet. Qucick and effecient worker. Owen informed me when he was going to be here and was here within the time frame.

Cody was friendly and professional , explained things and yet I did not feel pressured into things . Looks good for 18 yr old carpet that has had a lot of use !Still wish carpet cleaning was not so expensive .
