I had a very old dog stain in my bedroom that I wasn't sure would come out-stain and smell-without having to replace the carpet. When Zerorez came in and spent a good majority of the time cleaning that spot, I was astonished and amazed at how much urine they pulled out of my rug! The professionalism, cleanliness and friendliness was also a breath of fresh air! That very afternoon, I recommended to 2 of my neighbors to call you guys and use you. I live in an apartment and the one neighbor told me they were seriously considering calling to have you come out to clean their carpets as well. GREAT JOB ZEROREZ!

The one area where I'm not as pleased is on the bottom flight of carpeted stairs. They don't seem as clean as I'd hoped they would be. There is still some "filtration soiling" on the edges, but he did warn me that this may not come clean.

Otherwise, John was thorough, timely, careful, polite and did a great job. Thank you.

The two service men, were friendly, professional and worked well together. I don't know a lot about the products used, but liked the results.

The technicians that came out to clean the carpets were so knowledgeable and friendly. They suggested recommended services for our particular carpets but weren't pushy about anything. The old musty smell in my carpets is completely gone. I did opt for the extra deodorizing treatment per the technician's recommendation and it worked perfectly. The service was a little more expensive than other companies, but I feel the service was also better.

This is the first time we have used Zerorez, we are very happy with the results. The Tech, Dave Gillett did an excellent job and explained what options were available and what he would be doing. Super nice young man.

I was highly impressed again with the professional and courteous young man that came to do the cleaning and all the Zerorez employees that I dealt with right from the first call. I only call Zerorez because I know it is the best.

I appreciatted the honesty and courtesy of my technician. I had some carpet that some renters had really beat up, had numerous spots and was something I had never seen before,m it was so bad. He explained to me "wicking" and how spots can look removed but my spots, wicking, looked the type that could come back up and reappear depending how deep the stain went. So I appreciatted his information and then he let me make the decision. I let him do the rest of the house that had newer cleaner carpet and was extremly pleased how it looked when he was done. I would highly recommend zerorex to anyone and will defitely use them again when the next renter moves out. Plus I feel good that I was using and supportting a "green" product.
