My only reason for not giving a 10 is because several of our walls were dirty from moving the hoses around. I was able to clean off most of the dirt but there are a few spots I will have to spot paint over. Not a huge deal, but worth mentioning so techs are more careful when moving down stairs etc.

My carpet looks beautiful. I like the fact that there is no residue left on the carpet. Other carpet cleaners I have used left my carpet feeling sticky afterwards. It dried very fast, in a couple of hours. The service was quick and about two hours earlier than scheduled, which was wonderful. I received a phone call ahead of time to make sure it would be okay to come earlier. Excellent service.

We have been using zero rez for about 7 years now and love how clean our carpets get. We have had some pretty messy carpets from wine spills to trials of dirt in walk ways, each time we had zero rez come out our carpets look like new when they leave. The stain remover works well also.

I like the empowered water. The carpet feels really clean and it looks amazing. I also was pleased with the carpet "engineer" who cleaned my condo. He was polite, took the time to explain the product, was thorough and respectful.
