very professional staff and great products. we had dog urine smell and it is no longer. The only thing that was upsetting is the cost of the pad treatment for pet urine...it worked but the price is overwhelming!

I like the different levels of cleaning. We have pets and kids, so it was nice to be able to choose what rooms needed extra care. In terms of services, we only did the carpet cleaning, but we may try other services in the future.
The carpet is clean and soft like it was when it was new.
My carpet is 9 years old and looks like new now! Hugo was AWESOME and went out of his way to be accommodating and took caution to protect my wood flooring and put something in the door to prevent bees and flies from coming in. No other carpet cleaning service could compare, including the one that said they were Zerorez last year and did a bad job.
