You arrived on time and explained the process well. The home was left in a clean condition. The only thing I would ask to be done when there is another cleaning is that the foam pads be placed under the furniture legs as soon as they are replaced to their permanent place. They were placed under the legs after finishing all of the cleaning and some of the legs left a mark on the wet carpeting. I was able to remove the spots later, but I would have preferred that the foam had been placed under the legs right after the area was cleaned.

Quick service that arrives on time. Very professional workers who do a good job. The drying was fast and results were good.

I think this is the best cleaning job on my carpets. Nice guys too!

The individual working at my home was very professional, the carpet came so much cleaner than I ever imagined, and there were no chemicals used. All of which make me very likely (in fact I already have) to recommend Zerorez.

It was very fast and efficient. Your representative, Joey Erickson, very professional. He protected my corners with guards, and used a drape at the front door to keep bugs out....which was also very nice. Carpet came out great.

My only negative comment was, I specifically asked for a note that stated what the cost was for the one room in the basement that was to be submitted to insurance....he assured me a note would be on the invoice....there was no note. Very disappointing, especially when he called in for advice and talked to his management on how to deal with that....
