Tile cleaning

The 2 guys who cleaned our carpets did an amazing job, getting out stains that had been embedded for years. They were extremely quick and professional, cleaning 3 rooms and the stairs in about 80 minutes

As a resident, we had the opportunity to have carpets cleaned in our units. The cleaning was quick, no mess, no chemical smell, dried fairly quickly, soft carpet. I highly recommend Zerorez.

Technician was very polite, professional and not pushy with add ons. He also appeared to genuinly care about doing a good job and and was careful with his equiptment while moving it through the house as to not ding or scratch the walls or furniture.

I liked the fact that you came out on a weekend. The person who cleaned my carpets (Ronald) was very polite and informative. he worked very hard to get my carpets cleaned. My carpet looks soft after it has dried, which is not the case with other types of cleaning that I have had done.

From the time I scheduled the appointment to when the zerorez technicians left my home I felt this company was professional in every way. They were prompt, curtious, professional, answered questions, it was evident that I had no worries as far as the whole process. They emailed me what was expected on my end, called with a reminder 2 days before the appointment, and then called when they were on there way. Our technicians, Chris and Jordan were very polite, answered questions, and worked very hard to make the carpets look just like new. I would defineately recommend zerorez to my friends, and will have zerorez come back when the carpets need cleaning again.

Very efficient and good smelling

The cleaning worked so well, better than we could have imagined! It was wonderful how quickly the carpets dried as well. The service and professionalism from the zerorez employee, Nathan, was incredible! We were extremely happy with how things turned out. We had stains we really didn't expect to come out, they did with flying colors. Our tech came out on a Friday about 530 and was still very happy and very helpful and didn't cut corners. I would very much recommend the service, and will use you again.
