I am very pleased with the work that was done by Nathan and Chad. Very good job and very friendly and gave me a lot of good information and helpful hint's. Nathan also brought to my attention to have my air duct's cleaned and I would be very interested in having Zerorez come and do that job in the near future.

I can depend upon this company to be prompt, friendly, and get out anything my pets can produce. The carpet has a lovely scent and dries quickly.

Friendly and on time. Just wish carpets were dry versus really really wet for a day and now a little crunchy.

I love that the carpet cleaning is done using the "empowered water" method. The carpet seems so much cleaner with this method than with traditional carpet cleaning companies I've used in the past. I also can't say enough good things about the service professionals who came to do the job. Dave was extremely nice, very accommodating and clear in explaining how the whole process worked. I would request these this guy again. Great job!
