Very thorough!! Really made a big difference in the carpet. Took out the red wine stain which really worried us. We were worried that it might not all come out because they couldn't do it for a few days and we thought the stain might be permanent. We did wish they could have given us some ideas to do meanwhile besides soaking up all that we could.
Technicians are respectful and nice. Carpets look good when done.

I like that Terry was very thorough and my carpets were a mess and they are not as bad bow 100% satisfied with the services. I also loved the orange scent and it was not over powering at all.
