Rene was very knowledgeable about the products and options that were available to us. He explained that the discolorations on our dark carpet were more than likely due to products we used to clean pet stains because those products contained bleach; he also explained those stains would not come out and let my husband and I decide whether or not we still wanted him to clean the carpeting. We went ahead with the cleaning. Rene proved to us that the products we used also contained soapy residue when he used the empowered water. We would use Zerorez again in the future. Rene was knowledgeable, professional, courteous and thorough in the work he did for us.

In addition to the natural products used and the way it left my carpet and furniture looking beautiful, shiny, clean and refreshed, it wouldn't be this way if it wasn't for the meticulous job that Michael Tholen did. He took time to walk me through the different options available for cleaning the various areas, and took even more time in cleaning. He was ever so diligent in cleaning the carpets and two pieces of furniture. You could tell he really cared about what he was doing - wanting the outcome of his work to be the best possible - and it shows all throughout my townhome.
