I feel comforted by the fact that no harmful chemicals are used in Zerorez's cleaning process. My husband and I have a 16 month old son, and also a new puppy! So, we are glad that they can be on the floor, with no fear of harmful chemicals getting on their skin.

The service provider was fantastic. He was polite, professional and respectful--I was very impressed. The end result was fantastic--this is the second time I have used Zerorez and will make them my go-to company for carpet cleaning.

Quick service and priced appropriately. My only complaint would be that the service provider left a stale cigarette smoke odor in our house from his own clothing.
