I have used your carpet cleaning service many times and like how efficient and effective you are. I just had you pick up some area rugs for cleaning (first time) and I was surprised at how expensive it was compared to other carpet cleaning. May not do it again.

Very pleased with the cleaning of our carpets. Starting from the appointment time to the final cleaning of the carpets. Everything went as they said it would; from the calls before the scheduled date to the call just before coming to our home. The service men were very polite and did their job in a timely manner and explained what may be a problem as we do have a small dog. They did not find any problem with that. They also gave us the amount of what the job would cost before starting. Very important!

You get all the stains out ALWAYS. I get you quite often and have never been disappointed. We will be looking for new carpet soon because our carpets are 25+ years old. I wouldn't trust my carpet cleaning to any other company!
