I really like the fact that you use no chemicals. Your technician was extremely thorough, friendly and easy to work with. I appreciated Jon had no issues with me requesting to retreat a couple spots a second time.

The quality of your carpet cleaning was excellent and the service guy who cleaned my carpet was very professional and competent.

My carpet dried very quickly and didn't leave the crunchy hard feeling.

Matt did a fantastic job on the carpet. He even was able to get a stain out that I thought for sure was a permanent stain. Carpet looks great!!! Will use Zerorez again.
