I liked the idea of no chemicals. There were many pet stains and odors in our carpeting, and it came out wonderfully. The two young men working at my house were very knowledgeable and helpful, and did a marvelous job. They worked very hard and were on task throughout the cleaning process. I was very pleased with every aspect of the job that was done at my home.

I liked the zero residue that you can't get from products like rug doctor and I would recommend the service to friends and family, but I don't think it is a service I will use once a year, it's too expensive. If I was to put a value on the service I had completed I wouldn't pay more than $200.00.

Considerate staff/worker. Everything done quickly and efficiently. Rather puzzled though, when the staff quoted me a price on the phone without seeing it, and then the worker on site started going though and quoting me differently. Guess it made sense to do the actual quote when they can see what is involved, but puzzled that it was done that way.
