We are very satisfied with our experience and your lead technician who came to clean our carpets. After the carpet had dried, we have noticed the area on the stairs that does not receive the brunt of activity seems to still have a darker color to it. Almost like it did not get cleaned as thoroughly. The heavily traffic area is great. There is also the same darkness along the carpet where it meets our kitchen tile. I know the technician said if we were not fully satisfied to let you know. We will make sure next time to mention that these areas need attention. Thank you, Name removed

The technician was very knowledgeable, friendly and very efficient. Very pleased with the outcome. we would give him a 10 for his efficiency and customer service.
The products have a good smell. They took away the urine smell in my carpeting. They arrived early and called first and finished the job in a timely fashion. He answered questions that I had and was very nice.
The Technician, Kee was very professional, polite, punctual and extremely thorough. He explained everything to me up front and accurately quoted additional services that I had questions about. He appears to be a very hard worker. I have no reservations about using your services again.
The only hiccup was I didn't receive a call within 24 hours of the service window. I contacted Zerorez at 3:06 p.m. on the 13th and was notified of a 11:00 - 2:00 service window on the 14th. 'Not that big of a deal, but I was worried I wasn't on the schedule.
Again, everyone I spoke with at your company was very polite and professional.
The gentleman that cleaned my carpet was extremely courteous and thorough. My carpets were nasty as a result of five children and now they look great! Zerorez surpassed my expectations.

Terry is very friendly and nice. He did an excellent job even though our carpet is 17 years old and it had alot of soap residue left in it from the "cheap guy" we hired. Never again. He was on time and the carpet looks great for the holidays. THANK YOU TERRY.

The technician was absolutely awesome! Jaime Arredondo explained the process, answered all my questions with a complete understanding of the product and process and did an amazing job of removing candle wax in multiple spots on the carpet. I will definitely request him again the next time I need my carpets cleaned.
