Efficient. Thorough in explaining treatments and what add ons are available including what to expect after the treatment. I didn’t think some of the stains on our carpet would come out but they cleaned up very well. High traffic areas are still a little darker but I expected that and they still look pretty great. I’d hire them again.

Anthony from Zerorez was amazing. He was so kind, thorough, and incredibly knowledgeable about the whole duct-cleaning process. He walked us through everything he was doing, showed us before-and-after photos, and made sure we understood how to keep everything running cleaner moving forward. Our house already feels fresher. If you ever need your air ducts cleaned, seriously ask for Anthony — he made the whole experience so easy and honestly kind of fun. Highly recommend!

Perez was very professional and patient with my request to take off register covers myself for personal reasons
He also did a 2 person job but himself as they were short staffed the day before a holiday. He was punctual and called ahead for the appointment. When I called him to come back for some thing missed he was courteous and did.
I'm thankful for his hard work in getting my ducts cleaned.
