The staff is friendly and easy to schedule appts with. We had three people call who were able to come ahead of our window but we weren’t ready. It wasn’t a problem to keep our s heckled time. The carpet cleaner who worked on our carpets was very thorough and checked over his work. He had a lot of places to pretreat and the finished work looks so good!!
The technician that came did a great job and was a super nice guy! I will request him again in the future. Pay the good ones more and keep them around.

It was very easy to schedule online for carpet cleaning with Zerorez. We felt the price being offered was reasonable. Our technician's name was Larry. Not only did he arrive within the time window promised, but he gave us a call to let us know when he was 15 minutes out and asked if it was an okay time to arrive. Larry was professional and courteous. He asked us if we had any particular needs or concerns before he started, but never tried to push extra services on us which we greatly appreciated. He gave us tips and tricks for making sure our carpet stays as clean as possible once it was clean. We would definitely request Larry again for future services.
