Overall the service was good, I am disappointed that I did not receive my before and after video at the time of my service because the technician was “having trouble sending it”. I contacted customer service the day after my appointment and they said it would be sent to me but I have received nothing as of this writing so to see the added value the video would have brought plus to confirm the work they did do would have been extremely beneficial but apparently not to be expected even though it’s called out in the advertising for the air duct cleaning service.

The technician was awesome and did a wonderful job. My carpet is white and over 25 years old. Zerorez makes it look like new Everytime I have them in. 6 bedroom house, all white throw out.

Ted from Zerorez that tile can not be cleaned if there is a build up of stains. However Ted worked hard to make my tile look so much better.i was very pleased with his effort and my clean tile!

The cleaner was on time, even came a little early with a change in availability. They were professional and respectful of our home and cleaned two big carpeted areas across different levels quickly. The results are great, a perfect reset clean before moving in. Would definitely use Zerorez again.

I like that Ted was honest that the stains weren't going to come out, but we already had figured that, so we discussed options. Our concern was more the dust issue and dirt issue which is why we had the ducts cleaned the day before. That being said, we decided to go ahead with no promises. Well! The rugs came out way better than we had hoped for. The rugs are still badly stained, but they are clean! This will hold us over until we are ready to make a change!
We are very pleased with Zerorex!!

I like the fact that you use a treated hot water system, and there is no soap residue left in the carpet. The technician was excellent, on time, and very knowledgeable.

Fast Friendly service the smell of my house afterwards was awesome! I had my air ducts cleaned! What a difference and they even had time to for the dryer vent! All in less time than it takes me to grocery shop. I would recommend this for anyone who needs this service thses guys are the best!
