Client Testimonials
Scheduling availability, excellent specialists, and customer service. Comparable pricing and good service.
He was very nice and easy to work with. I booked only a few days before and they were able to get me booked easily. I booked for a move out clean and it was awesome.
Very professional.
I’ve had good results but this was the best one yet…Emily took the time to get out stains, refresh furniture and get our 12 year old carpet looking new again!
Jordan was excellent in approaching the terribly dirty apartment carpet and it turned out better than I had hoped
Thank you Jordan
I was very pleased with the young man, Jordan, that came to clean my caprets. He was very respectful and polite, and right on time, and he did a wonderful job. Also, I was very comfortable with him in my home. I highly recommend ZEROREZ.
They did a great job
Great job! Even the worst spots look clean!
Irvin was great! He did a wonderful job!!
Zerorez did a fantastic job cleaning our sofa! It looks fresh and clean, and the whole experience was easy from start to finish. Our technician was friendly, professional, and wonderful to work with. We would definitely recommend Zerorez!
Zerorez is a great company. Friendly knowledgeable employees. I like the cleaning without harsh chemicals. They do not try to upsell you things you don’t need or want. A plus job!
Great employees and seemed thorough.
We had carpet stairways that showed quite a bit of where on the carpet. Once you serviced before are finished the stairway look like new carpet.
The customer service is great. The techs who come out and do the work are always courteous and do a good job. They are timely in getting here and sometimes call ahead to request to come early which I like. I like there's no chemicals being poured on my carpets. The natural products that are used to provide a fresh scent are also very nice. I like how the company treats their employees, the last technician who was here was happy with his job and felt he was treated well at Zerorez. This means a lot to me, for I think our companies should take care of their employees and I'm happy to use this service knowing they do.
The techs were very knowledgeable and friendly
The product and materials and equipment work very well. Technician is attentive,
I thought the techs were fantastic! They called when they were 10 mins away and once they arrived they got straight to work. I can definitely tell the difference in my air ducts. I have already recommended this company to other family members because it was a job well done and the price was fantastic. Other companies were quoting up to $1500! We are a small family on a strict budget and that was just not something we could commit to. I am so incredibly happy I found Zerorez. Thank you so much
The worker made sure we didn’t get overcharged, did a good job, used some spot clean on areas he couldn’t get up, and warned me about spots that he probably wasn’t going to get. He was extremely personable and kind.
They do a nice job show up on time.
Professional. The carpeting really looks clean and it isn't real wet when the technician is finished
On time and did a good job!!!!!!!
It was my first time using your service and I'll definitely use it again. From start to finish it couldn't have gone better. My carpeting looked brand new again because Bravon did such an amazing job. He was not only very professional but so pleasant to work with. I hope your company knows what a great employee you have in him!

Easy of scheduling, prompt and friendly technician, quality of work
The technician, Bryce H, was an extremely professional communicator and did exceptional work! We just had an elderly dog, who had a lot of accidents, pass, so our carpet was awful. He even got down on the carpet to smell it to ensure he eliminated as much odor as possible everywhere. He also removed a tough stain that other cleaners were unable to eliminate. We have already recommended him to a neighbor.
The guy you sent out here got my carpet really clean. Other times it hasn’t gotten that clean.
Easy, efficient and effective.
Renee was our technician and he was extremely kind, very thorough and professional. Thank you!
Easy to schedule and quick response
Keith was great!
