No leftover residue

Jose came to clean two upholstered chairs and one room of carpet. He spent a lot of time with the chairs to make sure they were colorfast as I did not know the fiber content. They were not and he was unable to clean them but, had he done so, the fabric would have been ruined. I so appreciated the time he took to make sure. He then cleaned the white bedroom carpet. I had had it cleaned 3 months ago by another carpet cleaner who was unable to remove the stains and wear. Jose returned the carpet to it's original appearance. I'm very happy and would recommend Zerorez.

We had our carpet cleaned and when the person left, there were prominent streaks throughout the carpet. I let it dry 24 hours and vacuumed it but the streaks did not go away.

I called Zerorez back and Nathan and Chris came out that same day within a few hours to reclean the carpet and to explain to me the reasoning for the streak/line marks, which are created by the machine's tooling.

They were both very knowledgeable and friendly. I would highly recommend them to clean your carpets!

No chemicals

We were not able to have our furniture cleaned the day of the appointment as the alternative method was determined to be necessary after testing it. We were never contacted to reschedule that service.

Scheduling was easy and there were many appointment windows available. The carpet looks significantly better than it did and smells like new. There were a few spots that remain, but I understand that some stains just don't come out.
