The tech was very courteous and timely - I felt the carpet cleaning service was good - I have used Zerorez a few times before and will again.
We love the fact that no chemicals are used it smells fresh and clean, not soapy. Plus, the carpet is soft and free from being crusty/crunchy as it dries. The technicians have been very friendly and helpful for the three separate times we have used Zerorez. We'd recommend them for home and business use.

The cleaning process was very quick and didn't smell or leave the carpet crusty. Our guy was supposed to do a duct cleaning test but it was not completed.

The service folks are very friendly, respectful, efficient, and make the customer feel like they are being treated fairly. Kyle took one look at the estimate and realized it was way off - he recalculated the appropriate amounts and saved me a sizable amount of money. For that reason alone I'll use zerorez again. Plus the quality of the work is excellent. Both Kyle and Joseph were very respectful and friendly. I recommend to all my friends.

Andrew and Joseph were my zerorez guys. They were very friendly. They explained options for any problem areas without trying to sell me anything. Andrew gave me the price of the treatments meant for the problems and I could then choose to do it or not. The also had special treatment as part of the regular fee to treat where I had spilled paint. They also made a suggestion about odor treatment for a room without making me feel defensive about the odor of the room! That is not easy to do! I felt comfortable with Andrew and Joseph and would highly recommend them.
