Michael and Sam explained their process and costs of various options that were available to us and answered all our questions. They protected the woodwork and were focused on meeting our expectations. If we had any concerns about the cleanliness of the carpet, they were willing to repeat the cleaning process in high traffic areas. Michael and Sam worked quickly yet were thorough. We were very pleased and would recommend this zerorez team to our friends.

You called when you said you would, you showed up when you said you would, you didn't find "extra" things to charge me for. The staff that showed up to do the work were knowledgable and extremely friendly. They got the work done in a timely manner and left my house exactly the same (only better!) as when they got there.
