All natural products used. No soap. I have had my carpets cleaned professionaly before and Zerorez got them much clearner. The tech was friendly and knowledgeable. I had a flyer for a deal and expected the cost to go up once the tech got there and sized things up. That didn't happen. The tech was careful and considerate and we had a nice conversation while the fan was drying the carpet. We are very satisfied. Great value.

The carpet was very clean when cleaning was completed. The service tech who cleaned the carpet was efficient and friendly. There was no smell.

Products seem to always work by cleaning well. Services are always straight forward and technicians are not pushy to try to get you to buy more than what you want.
