He did a very good job of cleaning and taking care of the carpet. Also, advising me after he was through as to how I should walk on it and moving the furniture back in place.

My technician, Derick, was professional, courteous, and knowledgable. He collaborated with me on decisions that were informed and respectful rather than talking down to me or acting purely like a sales person. Time frames and cost were transparent and accurate. He even returned a second time to re-treat an area affected by dog urine free of charge so long as the retreatment did not exceed our initial cost.
