The techs (Rob and Dez) thoroughly looked over our home and explained what and how things would be done as well as answer any questions we might have. It did take quite a while to complete the process of cleaning of our furnace and ducts due to the extensive renovation we had done. but we are convinced it could not be done any better. on our carpeting and it took three tries but they got it out!! I was

No soapy residue,and the carpet did not get overwet.

Mark Kaiser was the Technician for our cleaning. Mark was very punctional, professional and had a wonderful salesman like personality. We were very impressed with his work and feel like we have new carpets!!!

The technician was on time and worked hard. I love the Zerorez product because it doesn't smell. Other products add perfumes to give the illusion of clean. Those of us with allergies do not need the scent!

You do not ask but you should roll the water and disposal charges into your pricing. You are already expensive andvthen to charge to dispose of the waste water is a bit of an insult
