Everyone that we have worked with at Zerorez has been very friendly and helpful. They are very upfront with how much the service will be and they finished our rug cleaning ahead of schedule.

I thought he was great. He was knowledgeable, personable, and very good. We were very happy. The only concern we had was that later that day the carpet rippled heavily in the living room to the point that my wife thought the carpet was damaged. She called the carpet installer and he told her that it should go away in a day or two. It did but a quick warning might have saved that grief.

I like that they are using purified water and that if we arent happy with your services you will come back and fix it within 30 days. I like the spot cleaner too and that next year you will refill it!
