The whole process from scheduling an appointment to the confirmation process the cleaning itself was a smooth and timely process. My technician Pete was cordial, well spoken and highly professional. He went through the fees and options very clearly working with me to find the right mix of services/products to meet me needs. My 10 year old carpet looks great - some hard stains were reduced if not eliminated. And, my 18+ year old upholstery has been refreshed/restored more than I thought was possible. I am 100% satisfied with Pete's work!

I like that you are open 7 days a week and very flexible schedule. Very professional all the way from start to finish on the whole process. Loved that there were no chemicals and smells involved. Price was right. I would highly recommend you.

I have used your service once before. The first time there were 2 guys and there were in and out of here in about 15 minutes. I was not very impressed but I tried your company again. The second time (most recent cleaning) the man did a wonderful job. He was very thorough and got the spots out that I had asked him about. He was here for about an hour working on my carpet. He is the reason I will call your company again. I believe his name was Owen.

What do you like about our products and services?

This was our first time using Zerorez, but we have know for many years that they would be our service provider based on feedback from others.
We have had an excellent experience throughout, with a tricky cleaning of carpet that has been through 2 puppies finding corners to pee in before we can stop them.
The dark brown carpet didn't show the stains, but we could smell the odors.

The tech who came to our home, Tyler Santos, called when he was on his way and he set realistic expectations in that he could not guarantee the odor would be completely gone.
We paid for the additional enzyme to be applied, and Tyler did a fantastic job cleaning.

We have had other cleaning companies before. We will never go back to the cheap jobs with poor results.

Thanks to the entire company, and especially Tyler. Great job!
