Very professional,from the person who took my 1st call, to Daylon who cleaned my nasty pet-stained carpets. He was efficient, friendly, thorough, and comfortable to have in my home. It was a Sunday of a holiday weekend and you guys were able to work with my schedule. Daylon also answered many questions I had about cat/carpet issues. 1st time I've tried Zerorez after hearing about them on 107.1, and now I'm wondering why I didn't call sooner! Will refer you to all my friends. Great job. I have 3 very loved indoor kitties, so I will be a return customer. My house smells so fresh!

I had 4 area rugs taken out for cleaning. Peter is amazing. I learned so much from him. Peter and Brian were a joy to work with and I have already told a neighbor about their fine service!

I don't know if it is actually the awesome products or the exceptional customer service. I learned so much about my carpet and padding in this visit. Most exceptional service ever! Derrick should get the employee of the year award and Trey was awesome as well! I will NEVER use another company when it comes to cleaning my carpets.....vents are next! :)

I like the fact that you do not use any chemicals in cleaning your carpets. That's a huge plus for me. Your trained staff on the phone and in person are great. You have trained them very well and they know the product they are using when you ask questions.
