Steve, our technician, was just superb! He clearly went over the services to be provided, made sure we were happy along the way, was personable, yet worked efficiently and did a fantastic job! He took out a plant stain I did not think would come out. My neighbor asked how Zeroez was today and I told her just outstanding! I also really appreciate Steve told me he got a dollar for turning in a response card from me. Such honesty and transparency doesn't exist in a lot of places today. The technician, Valentin Kiselev, was thorough, polite and knowledgeable. I will be requesting him next year when I get my carpet cleaned. I have had my carpet cleaned by Zerorez ever since they started. I like the cleaning technique and the service.

Rob was excellant on telling me what he was going to do and how long it would take. He was very personable, very knowledgeable, and the carpets looked great when he was done.
