Service was good, workers were polite. Explained the process before starting and pre-treated stains.Carpets looked great, generally cleaner and brighter. There were a couple of small spots that they could not completely remove but were able to lighten them. I was pleased with the service and the results and will use again in the future.

I like how it smells clean after and doesn't have the odor smell after it dries. It's also really nice that it doesn't stay wet. My technician was very knowledgeable about the products and explained everything really well!

There were no chemicals so I could let my cats back onto the carpet even when it was wet. There wasn't that chemical smell that you would expect with a carpet cleaning either. It was very quick and I was able to move a lot of my furniture back 24 hours later.
