The air duct cleaning process was thoroughly explained to my wife and I before the work began and Jon Stark (Service Rockstar) would share updates during the process of what they were doing and would always ask if we had any questions along the way. Tech was very professional.

The techs were professional & friendly - loved that they put shoe covers on even for the areas that weren't cleaned. Also appreciated the plastic bumpers on the corners of my walls to avoid scratches and dings, and the covering over the door. Carpet looks awesome! I will be calling in a couple of weeks after we finish a renovation to have my upper level done. The only thing I didn't care for was the "upsell" of services (I had gone online and was well familiar with your offered services), but the techs took no for an answer and didn't push.
