The carpets looked great after the zerorez cleaning but it took longer to dry then expected even with the air on and running a fan. The only negative was when doing the stairs they chipped paint all the way down. On a dark colored wall it really stood out. I think they need to be more careful.

Our technician, Jordan, was very diligent in working hard to get some stubborn pet stains out of our carpet. As a result, we will not need to buy new carpet, which would've been so expensive. Jordan stayed late until the job was done. Our family room smells a thousand percent better!
