The technician was honest about the issues with my carpet. Spots aren't completely gone, but the smell is gone! I was educated about all the issues going into this process, so I wasn't completely disappointed. I like a company that educates and informs so you know exactly what to expect.

Mark was able to remove the stains on the carpet and really get the traffic areas clean. I also liked that there was no chemical smell but rather a great clean smell once the cleaning was done.

You get out stains that no one else can!
The worker was early which was awesome. Then he worked like a dog!! He also answered all of my questions...some were dumb but he never made me feel like it. Afterwards the carpet looked like new!! All around great experience.
