The last gentleman that came out was extremely nice. He was prompt and very friendly. He advised me of the cost up front. I had a very small area to be cleaned but it included split level stairs. (12 steps). He did an excellent job on the steps and a small hallway. He was able to remove a difficult stain. The only issue I had was one spot (I can send a photo, if you'd like) that still looks very dirty. It is a high traffic area, but this truly does not look any better than before. Kind of weird since he did a good job on the other areas. I was hoping the "bad" area was still wet and just looked darker for that reason, but it was dry this morning and the dirt just stood out. The only thing I can do is cover it with a rug. Is there a possibility that someone could come out and take a look and see if that area can be helped? THANK YOU. Your carpet cleaner was a wonderful guy. I am not saying anything negative about him. Great customer service.
