The technician was honest in explaining how some areas with years of tracking may not improve greatly. The product itself is why we chose Zero Rez, as we just moved into an apartment were the carpet had been cleaned with the regular soap machines and it was dirty.

It works! The stains that were in my carpet are almost unnoticeable from just a basic cleaning.

I like that the technician was articulate, concise and professional. I appreciated he wasn't aggressive in selling upgrades but offered the information. I've used Zerorez before along with several other carpet cleaning companies. Zerrorez has always been the most expensive (radio ad is a little misleading) but the service is always excellent. We ended up adding on a service so the bill was higher then I was quoted over the phone but I anticipated spending more if I used Zerorez. With the added service I still knew the cost before the carpet was cleaned. The technician, Mark, put a lot of effort into his work did a great job.
