I was able to get an appointment for the next day.
The technician showed up in the earlier part of the arrival window as I was quoted. He did a good job and my carpets look good.

Dedication to have the work done, and I am especially happy that when it did not work out the first time, you did it again free of charge. Its been a few days now, and I can confidently say that the stains are gone for sure after the second cleaning.You have great customer care service.

That there are not chemicals involved, most of the stains are removed, the serviceman gives great advice and insight into what they can do and it gets done quickly. They also come when they say and do not leave us hanging around and waiting.
