prior to putting our hosue on the market, we had zero rez come out to clean wall to wall carpet on our half story. (the rest of house is all hardwoods)...the carpet was off white berber loop, and was dirty from our Lab, Albert, his dirty paw prints and oily coat made the rug...well....dingy. the team turned our dingy carpet bright brighht white...literally..my mouth fell open.

i dropped off out 9x12 wool carpet at the factory in st louis park.
i was met by so many friendly staff..they even gave me a factory tour and an instructional on how my carpet would be cleaned.
we recently picked it up...and its fanstastic.

Our carpets have come back to life and look terrific! The careful attention taken on some especially high traffic areas and staircase proved to get the dingy gray out and it looks restored and practically new. I appreciate no chemical smell and am not worried about our grandchildren crawling in our home!!
