I liked how clean my carpets and couch was. Also, Derek Field did an amazing and thorough job. Very nice and respectful employee. I will be asking for Derek next month to finish a couple more areas in my home.

Good - we had some stains and i asked James to go over them 3 times and he did - now they look good and the age of the carpet does not seem to be at a disadvantage it look good, so sometime the persistence pays off. Thanks VHH

The guys were prompt, extremely knowledgeable, and no "hard" sale. We were amazed at how they restored our 1989 carpet to almost new. I would gladly recommend these guys to family and friends.

You do a miraculous cleaning in over half the time if I had to do it and with LOTS more expertise. I think you GUYS are the BEST and your workmanship really shows! This time I had some spots that I thought would stay forever, HUH, to my surprise, they were immediately GONE! Valentin did you guys an AWESOME job! I will request him always! I have already passed on your coupons to FRIENDS and invited them to come & see our place!

What do you like about our products and services?

There wasn't anything about Zerorez that I didn't like. The technician, Nate, was extremely knowledgable, helpful, friendly and he did an amazing job cleaning my carpets. I like the fact that no soap was used so there was no residue. We will definitely be using Zerorez more in the future.

We've had great results both times we've had our carpets cleaned. Like the fresh, natural smell of the cleaner. Extends the life of the carpet and happy to have it revitalized rather than replacing it!

We had the most polite young man that cleaned our carpet. Very thorough job. He helped me move a couple of things that I had saved for two people to move. He explained what was going to be done beforehand and afterward he reviewed the job with me to make sure we were happy. Outstanding! ...gave him a $20 tip!

What do you like about our products and services?

We really appreciated the clean carpet and the wonderful citrus smell. Our technician, Jon who drove the Elvis van, was fantastic. He was respectful of our home and explained the zerorez process in detail which made us appreciate your process even more.

The technology and quality of your work has yielded excellent results for us, even on carpets that haven't been cleaned in years! That has also been true when you have cleaned the grout and tile in our ceramic floors. We couldn't be more pleased!

I had 2 rooms of carpet cleaned. It was great to have an estimated time of arrival in advance so I could arrange my day. I appreciated the extra care by placing a guard on corners to not make marks on my newly painted walls.
