We had Derek for our services. He was professional: he explained what was going to happen, what made zerorez unique, and shared his knowledge about stains. In particular, he was honest about chili staining our light beige carpet. He felt confident the stains would lift, and they did! We appreciated his hard work and determination to help clean our rug. Our cleaning service provider (I think his name was Darren) was great. He is British and we are Australian - great combination. He was courteous and friendly and really seems to know his stuff. He was a pleasure to deal with. He did a wonderful job on our carpets and we would definitely recommend Zerorez to anyone who asked (like the neighbor who came over when the van left). You will probably be getting a call from him. Thanks Zerorez. First name removed
