For starters, the level of customer service. When I submitted my request online, I got a call within 1 day, and once my appointment was scheduled, it was nice to get a call to first give a 3 hour window and then a call the day of the appointment that narrowed it down to a 30 minute notice.

The knowledge of the onsite employee. Friendly, non sales driven, educational. He came across as caring more about my carpet and wanting the customer to be informed than caring about the money or time spent at the house. I appreciated that.
