It does a good job on the carpet and the duct cleaning was fabulous but John had to really work hard as I have a big house and it was warm that day. That is a 2 man job and I really felt sorry for him and he was so gracious about the whole thing. I felt so bad that I forgot to offer him lunch and soda. Please tell him I am so sorry but just forgot the time passing. He sure could have used it. He is so skinny and looks like he will fall apart but what a worker. Wow. I was really impressed.

The Technician who came to our home, Steven Morris, was professional and extremely nice to deal with. He discussed and covered off on the original details we had requested to be cleaned and gave us time to include some 'enhancements' to ensure our clean carpets stayed cleaner longer which we opted to do. He was very thorough in his cleaning and we were amazed how quickly our carpets dried and how great they look.
Everyone was very polite, nice and courteous! They were there when they said they would be and always kept us informed. Our service was excellent! Very nice personable service man!
