Everything. Wonderful people who did such good work on our carpets. (Alex.) Another excellent young man, whose name I didn't get examined our air ducts, told us they did not need cleaning. Chris,the service technician was prompt, very professional and explained the process and costs in an easily understandable way. He got out some very tough stains that I thought were permanent. Actually, I've already recommended Zerorez! What I like is: you don't use chemicals; the techs that you have sent to my house are friendly, efficient, really know what they're doing, respect my home and really seem to care about doing a great job! Both Greg who cleaned our ducts and Alex who cleaned the carpet were EXCELLENT!
