They are CLEAN in every sense. I don't feel like there is more junk in my carpets after they are done. Alex was super professional and thorough, and I'd request him personally again :-) He really turned around the carpet issues in this new (rental) townhome we just moved to.

I like that I was given a 1-1.5 hour time range when technician would arrive the day before. He then gave me a call saying he was on his way. Technician was very considerate and clean.

Timeliness, dependability, quality of service. Everything from beginning to end (scheduling the appt to the finished product) was done with efficiency, professionalism, and expertise. I will definitely call again!

a short window of time for the appointment, so we don't have to wait around all day, the friendliness of the employees, the obvious care of my home, and asking me to re-look at the areas in case I felt there was touch up needed before they moved on.
