Prompt service! He even called to let us know he was running early and could come by sooner than our appointment. Our carpets are SO clean, and our house smells amazing. We had some awful stains in our carpet that are now completely GONE! We love Zerorez and will never use another company.

The technician was very friendly, easy to talk to, and seemed to do a very good job. We may need a little more time to assess how the carpet & cleaned chair turn out.

Both the technician and myself forgot about the issue of a duct-work cleaning assessment; but, that was ok.
