I was very satisfied with the overall experience. Micheal Carver was our crew member and he was very professional and friendly. We have two dogs and he was super nice to them. One thing I really liked that he did not try to "upsell" me on anything. We already plan on purchasing the pet cleaning option. But I expected the lines we heard before " we found this spot that needs more attention and it will be an extra $20" It was refreshing for a company come in and do what they promised and nothing else. He was also nice enough to help us with a spot our dog had made on the couch. I have already sent your website to 3 other people this morning. Thank you for a good job. Also - we have had friends recommend Zerorez but I hear the commercials on KQ with Teri Trean
Eric, the gentleman who cleaned my carpet, did the most thorough job...I was so pleased with the result. He was wonderful! My carpets look great. I love that it is chemical free and doesn't leave a residue. And of course...cleans great and dries fast.

Our carpet is 16 years old and was worn down. Having 2 dogs running around on it, we were not expecting much . But the carpet looks great.
The tech was polite, and asked if we had any concerns or spots that needed extra attention, it was done fast and the carpet dried quickly and with NO residue. This was extremely important to us. Would use Zerorez again and recommend !!!

The person who did it "Troy." Very pleasant and informative. The only thing I would like to have been informed about is the fact that the carpeting stretched and buckled. It did go down the next day but what worried when I first saw it. Would like to have know that could happen.
