This is the 2nd time I used Zerorez and wasn't sure I would have after the first time if I wanted to have you back, but always give 2nd chances and the guy that came this time was great!!!!. It is all about the impression and work and he was very kind and through. He did a great job and he was impressed by how well it looked. I wanted to use Zerorez because of the no ohemical smell and safe. My neighbor asked me this weekend how I liked them and I explained to her and she will probable be calling and I told her to ask for Charlie to come out to do the cleaning.

I called Zerorez and REQUESTED STEVE and once again he did an OUTSTANDING JOB. fantastic job as always. I have never had better carpet cleaning and service! Our stairs were so dreadful from previous owners moving out last march, followed by us moving in. After being cleaned by zero rez, all looks new!
