Wonderful customer service. The technician who did the work was overly polite and helpful and described what he was doing to a great degree of specificity. He even left his drying fan over night so we could get the carpet to dry as quickly as possible. It seems Zerorez goes the extra mile to be of assistance.

Hassle free scheduling. Once scheduled, carpet cleaning confirmation via e-mail and phone call. My service tech called about 30 minutes prior to arrival. Upon arrival, the service tech explained preparation and cleaning process. Carpet cleaning was done in a timely manner and the tech cleaned up everything upon completion.
