I love how clean our carpets get. I was very happy the first time we had you out to clean our house but this time i wasn't very pleased. our carpets did get cleaned but the carpets were almost sticky in a few places and there is a very wet almost damp smell hanging around today (2 days after cleaning). Last time it was so fresh and citrus smelling for days and never smelt damp.
I would have liked to have the representative go over the bill and charges before making me sign with everything completed electronically

I arranged carpet cleaning for my parents, who are 84 and 86, the carpets look wonderful after the cleaning.
Alex the Zerorez Tech that did the work went above and beyond his duty. He was very patient and went through the rooms with my parents after the cleaning. He then went over some spots again that my mother pointed out.
