They offered their cleaning services on the weekend. They were within the 3-hr window for their arrival. They knew the materials being cleaned and what cleaning solutions to use and the ones not to use. They met my needs and did a great job.

my first experience with Zerorez was just ok. I then had them do my office just ok. This time Juan came to the house and I'm telling you great. The kid couldn't have been better. This is the 2nd time I used Zerorez and wasn't sure I would have after the first time if I wanted to have you back, but always give 2nd chances and the guy that came this time was great!!!!. It is all about the impression and work and he was very kind and through. He did a great job and he was impressed by how well it looked. I wanted to use Zerorez because of the no ohemical smell and safe. My neighbor asked me this weekend how I liked them and I explained to her and she will probable be calling and I told her to ask for Charlie to come out to do the cleaning.
