Your service providers are well-trained and extremely professional. I have been so impressed over the years with all your people. The carpet looks great. I have to admit the total price always seems high to me, but the job is well done. I appreciate the 30 day warranty also.

I can't remember the name of your employee that cleaned our carpet, but I want to say that you have a great employee in him. He was personable, very informative about what he could and couldn't do and worked VERY hard on our carpet. Our carpet is older and has seen a lot of wear & tear. I feel like he pretty much performed a miracle over here.

The young man who came out to do our rug cleaning was such a positive representative of your company.

I liked not having soaps used in the cleaning process - and the results of the time that was spent seeing that our rugs were cleaned.
