The carpet cleaning is easy to schedule on-line. I also like that you call a day or so ahead of time to confirm the appointment time, and that someone calls within 15 minutes of arrival time--very helpful. The employee who came out, Mark, was very courteous, gave me a time-frame of how long it would take, and was flexible with trading out one room for stairs and a landing to the upstairs.

Our carpet looks so nice and fresh. The tech, James was so professional and conscientious. He explained things well and did a very nice job. Our carpet is 4 years old and looks brand new again.

The technician who came to clean my carpet was excellent. He was prompt, polite, and explained the process very well.

Carpet looked great, spots out that I didn't think would ever come out. Carpet dried fast and was soft, not crunchy. The person who did the work was super! Friendly, answered questions, gave a great explanation of how the system worked, gave recommendations on what areas needed what treatment, etc. Also, I know he had a schedule but he made it feel like I was his only appointment and he would spend whatever time was needed to make my job perfect. I have already recommended Zerorez to 2 people at work!

They work very well getting stains out. I had really nice carpet that just had a few stains and your tech was able to get all of them out. Now I don't need new carpet.
