Dominique was the best provider we've ever had. The carpets look great! He worked really hard and was able to get out a grease stain caused by a treadmill. We will be calling zerorez again for sure!

We have used Zerorez for 2 or 3 years now and we have aways been satisfied. But this time our technician Peter Graves was great. He was very thorough and our carpets look fantastic.

We had our carpets and stairs cleaned by Les and it always amazes me how GREAT the rooms look afterward! This is the second time we've had Zerorez clean our carpets and once again, very pleased. Years of stains/spots are gone. I also want to applaud Les for the placement of the 2 heavy recliner chairs and couch back to their original positions. This can't be easy for the number of homes that each of you tackle every day! I'm very satisfied with the job.

What do you like about our products and services?

I felt that our vents were cleaned very thoroughly. Reed took a few minutes and explained how the instrument worked and seemed very knowledgeable about the task. Very friendly and I didn't feel that it was a rushed job. Cleaned up everything when complete. I'm very satisfied.

We liked the communication with your company: we were notified when your crew would arrive, and received calls from them to confirm this. They arrived on time, were very pleasant and asked what we work we expected them to do. They also gave us an accurate estimate of the cost before they started to work. I also appreciated that they wore shoe covers and were careful and thorough in their work. Both men were friendly and polite. They completed the job in a reasonable time. They carpet and furniture look great. We would definitely recommend your service to others.
