I feel really confident that we received a thorough clean. Your workers are very courteous and willing to do whatever it takes. I would, however, suggest that your cleaners put a drop cloth down before cleaning dryer vents. We now have quite a mess in our garden.

I like the professionalism, both on the phone and in person. I liked the fact that they call you ahead of time when they are on their way. I liked that they took time to explain how they clean the carpets. The carpet dried in less than 8 hours! I would highly recommend Zerorez!

Extremely professional. Explained what he was doing and why high traffic areas may not come 100% clean, but to everyone's surprise they did. Steve and his trainee (sorry, forgot his name) were respectful of our home. They worked hard to make the 12 yr old carpet look nearly new. They engaged in conversation with me while they worked. Didn't try to sell me services I didn't need. We have used other companies and cleaned the carpets ourselves before and this is the cleanest we have seen the carpets including the steps. Thank you!! My carpets are about 15 years old and I had your company clean them 2 years ago, and the person cleaning did not do a very good job. This time my carpets look like new, and all the high traffic areas (entrance to bathroom, and bedrooms) are really clean. Dane is the young man who took time to ask exactly what I wanted done, and spent a lot of time getting it done right. He was so nice and so professional. Give the guy a Bonus! He's a valuable employee.
