No film, great people and service
My appointment schedule was handled professionally and efficiently. The technician, Juan, was personable and professional. My carpet looked great when he finished!
There were no ugly "surprises" once the cleaning got underway. The scheduler thoroughly explained the process and the pricing and said we'd be called three days in advance as to when the technician would be there (a 3 hour window) and the technician would call when he was on his way. Everything happened exactly as described bu Emily, the scheduler. Peter Graves was the technician and he explained everything he was doing and did his best to give us a good value. We were told what items were available for further service but there was no high pressure. We were very satisfied with the work that was done and impressed by the explanation of the process and the process itself. Our carpet is now clean smelling (we had an old dog who had a few "accidents" on the carpet - all removed now and we know it is clean.

HOWEVER...I WISH YOU OFFERED A MORE ECONOMICAL WAY AND PROPER MACHINE THAT YOU ARE COMFORTABLE WITH,TO CLEAN , ON SITE, MY CHEAP SYNTHETIC RUG IVE HAD FOR YEARS. OTHER CLEANING COMPANIES HAVE CLEANED IT..DANIELS CLEANING,AMERICAN CARPET,STANLEY STEAMER, AND I HAVE WITH MY KIRBY VACUUM.
Great service. Knowledgeable with the tough situation of my animal's messes and was careful by protecting wall corners with durable plastic covers and wore shoe covers -
Asked me a few times to inspect , the technician was here until 5:30 on a Friday. No complains , pleasant and eager to please , scheduler fit me in when unneeded them to come and I was so glad for that. They don't charge you for an area that they know will not have a good result. Or at least the customer is told the likely outcome and leaves it to our discretion. I would have felt taken advantage of if i didn't have this info from the top.

I was very pleased to see Juan put on shoe covers once he entered my house. I've never had anyone ever do that before while cleaning my carpets.
He was very informative as to what he would be doing and asked me if I had any concerns. He did a thorough job and was super thoughtful and kind. I'd have him come back anytime. Thank you for the great first time cleaning my carpets!!!

Our carpets look great and your technician was great. He was very perfessional and explained everything. I'm a business owner and customer service is very important to me. Sometimes i think I expect to much but Ian gets high makes from me. On a scale of 1-10 I would give him a 20😀

On time arrival, cleaner explained entire process, and was very efficient, very friendly & answered any additioal questions we had. Carpet looks very nice and did dry within 24 hours as he said. No residual odor after cleaning.
The workers are very friendly and accommodating. I like that the products do not contain soap residue.

My Carpet looks great and the tech was great to work with. Not only did he get my carpet looking fantastic but he was so helpful with pointers on maintaining the carpet. I really appreciated his approach because I didn't feel he was being pushy about selling me extra services but just making me aware of them. I did end up purchasing the protector and he explained that it would feel a little crusty at first but it would go away after I vacuum a few times. GREAT JOB, will definitely use zerorez again.

While it's a little pricey I liked the natural green cleaning approach. Technician was on time and worked efficiently. He was very helpful about moving a couple of couches so all areas of carpet could be cleaned and protected. Very pleased with results.
