He listened to my concerns and promptly made a follow up visit to correct the spots that came back up on the carpet. He did everything to make sure I was satisfied. This made all the difference in the world to me and am now very happy with the service.
He did a good job,was clean cut,articulate. Someone you did not mind in your home. Spoke English, which was a nice bonus as well.

Zerorez cleaned my entire home. Zerorez was friendly, thorough and was genuinely concerned about my satisfaction. The field personnel Steve and Rob were awesome. A few days after the initial service, a stain reappeared and Zerorez was happy to return to my home and take care of that stain! My carpets look fantastic. A+++++ for service and value.
