We have had our carpets cleaned, air ducts cleaned and the Clean Air system installed and bulbs replaced recently. Exceptionally pleased with the services and the everyone we've worked with.
I keep using Zerorez because of their great customer service, excellent quality of job and the carpet smells fresh - not like chemicals. Also, the carpet isn't crunchy after a Zerorez cleaning. The carpet cleaning techs are always very well groomed and take extra precaution not to damage anything.

The whole experience was easy and professional. I called the week before thanksgiving and was scheduled within a few days. I appreciated the time window and calling 1/2 hour before arrival. Omani(?) our technician was top notch - professional, friendly and did a great job getting out some stains (coffee and tea) that had been in the carpet for a while.
